principal - As the principal of, Mark A. Palladino brings a decade of experience in market research and web-application design. Palladino spent the early part of his career with a market research consulting firm where his work spanned a wide variety of industries including casinos, government agencies, auto makers, and supermarkets, as well as a variety of research including surveys, focus groups and mystery shopping. He has spent the latter part of his career working in higher education, serving the institutional research and assessment needs of institutions in the Philadelphia region. Palladino received his B.S. in Business Economics from Rutgers University and his M.B.A. in Technology Management from Drexel University. He is currently the Director of Institutional Research at Philadelphia University and an Adjunct Instructor in the School of Education's Higher Education program at Drexel University. Palladino also serves on the Steering Committee of the Northeast Association for Institutional Research and the Advisory Council of the Greater Philadelphia Association for Institutional Research.
